Why am I not seeing any of the reward tabs on my CARROT app?

A: There are several reasons you may not be seeing any of the reward tabs: 
  1. You must enable “Location Services” (allow GPS) for your CARROT app to see the rewards available near you.
  2. If “Location Services” are enabled and you’re still not seeing rewards, the issue may be with your WiFi. We suggest you temporarily turn off WiFi to allow CARROT to receive a more reliable data (cellular) connection. Then return to CARROT and pull down firmly on the Activity screen to refresh.
  3. If you still do not see any rewards tabs, please go to your phone’s “Settings”, tap on “Cellular”, and make sure you are allowing CARROT to use cellular data. Then return to CARROT and pull down firmly on the Activity screen to refresh.
