I have a fitness tracker, but it's not a Fitbit - can I use it with CARROT?

A: To use the steps data from any fitness tracker (other than a Fitbit), please go to the tracker’s app settings and select the necessary option to share your steps data with Apple Health (if you have an iPhone) or Google Fit (if you have an Android). To make sure CARROT is always getting your must up-to-date data, you should sync steps data on your tracker's app before opening CARROT.

In the rare possibility that your tracker's app does not give you the ability to share directly with Apple Health or Google Fit, you would need the use of a third-party app such as "FitnessSyncer" or "Health Sync" as a go-between to bridge the gap. You would then need to share your tracker's app data with the third-party app, and then share the third-party app's data with either Apple Health (iPhone) or Google Fit (Android).

It would be helpful if you could include your CARROT Account ID Number (you’ll find it by tapping the menu button in the top-left corner) as well as the login method you used (Facebook ID or phone number) to set up your CARROT account.
