I forgot to take my phone before a recent run. Can I add steps manually?

A: Providing the ability to manually add steps is something we originally considered, but after much study and feedback from participants, we determined that offering this option would undermine the integrity of the program. While we recognize that the vast majority of CARROT participants would use such as option appropriately, we do know that there are others who would utilize this as a "shortcut" to claim prizes that others have worked diligently to earn. Consequently, there is currently no way to manually add steps to your CARROT app.
